The fine art diploma was started in 2003-04 under the MGTTC with the basic aim of developing and enhancing the aesthetic and creative faculties of the minds of the students, besides making them aware of different techniques, involved in two and three dimensional media that includes Handicrafts, Paintings and Graphics.
